At the second level course in Ocala held Jan 5 - 9, 2008, KC was presented with a horse with chronic founder. X rays were available so KC was able to trim the foot to the proper form in one trim. In this photo we see the left foot has been trimmed, while the right foot shows the shape the feet were in.

While trimming, KC used hoof testers to ensure that adequate sole thickness was present.
